Shipping Information

At Elunavo, we are happy to offer FREE shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after being placed.

An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed over to our shipping partner and is in transit to the delivery address provided at checkout.
During peak seasons, promotions, or holidays, processing times may take up to 5 business days.

Estimated Shipping Times

Delivery times are estimates and begin after your order has been dispatched. Shipping times may vary depending on your location, customs clearance, and local courier operations.

Estimated delivery times by region:
-🇬🇧 United Kingdom: 7-14 business days
-🇪🇺 Europe: 7-14 business days
-🇺🇸 United States: 5-10 business days
-🌍 Rest of the World: 10-21 business days

Please note that during busy periods or holidays, shipping carriers may experience delays that are outside of our control. International shipments may also be subject to customs inspections, which can occasionally extend delivery times.

Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details are accurate and complete at the time of checkout.
Incorrect or incomplete address information may result in:
-processing delays
-failed delivery
-or order cancellation

If our system detects an address issue, our support team may contact you via email within 3 business days to verify your details. If we do not receive a response within this time frame, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us at support@elunavo.com within 24 hours of placing your order. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee updates once the order has been processed.

Delayed Delivery

At Elunavo, we work hard to ship all orders as quickly as possible. However, delivery delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
-courier delays
-customs processing
-severe weather conditions
-transportation disruptions

In rare cases, order processing may also be delayed due to inventory availability, address verification, or payment authorization issues. If this happens, we will notify you as soon as possible.
While we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, we are committed to keeping you informed and assisting you throughout the process.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is managed by the courier.

If your package is marked as lost or stolen, please contact us at support@elunavo.com,  and we will assist you as best as possible.

We may recommend that you:
-contact the courier directly to file a claim
-provide additional information required by the carrier

While Elunavo is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, we will work with the courier to help resolve the issue. In certain cases, a replacement may be offered at our discretion.
If a package cannot be located, filing a police report may be required by the courier.
