Order Changes & Accuracy

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that shipping details are 100% accurate at checkout.

  • Correction Window: If you notice an error, please email us at support@elunavo.com within 24 hours. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee adjustments once the order has entered the processing phase.

  • Verification: If our system detects an address issue, we will email you to verify. If we do not receive a response within 3 business days, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

Delayed Delivery

Lost or Stolen Packages
