Cancellation Policy
Any changes or cancellations to an order must be made within 24 hours of placement. Beyond this window, we cannot accommodate requests as the order will have already entered the processing phase. Approved cancellations within 24 hours will be refunded within 7 business days.

60-Day Money Back Guarantee
We are confident our products deliver results. We encourage you to try them for at least 14 days to experience the full benefits of ELUNAVO cleaning solutions. If you are still unhappy, you may return the items after the 14-day mark, but within the 60-day period covered by our guarantee.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@elunavo.com. To speed up the process, please include your Order Number or the Name and Email used for the purchase.

European Union 14-Day "Cooling Off" Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn/unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Damaged Items
We take great care in our packaging, but accidents happen. An item is considered "damaged" if it has a functional defect or is physically broken. Dented boxes or surface-level packaging wear during transit are not considered product damage.

  • Reporting: Please notify us within 72 hours of delivery at support@elunavo.com.

  • Proof: Include a clear photo of the damage.

  • Exclusions: We do not refund or replace items damaged through normal wear and tear, misuse, or "battle scars" from aggressive pet use.

Shipping and Delivery
While we strive for speed, ELUNAVO cannot be held responsible for delays outside our control (courier issues, customs, etc.). If you encounter delivery problems, please contact the courier directly. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the correct address is entered at checkout. If we are not notified of an error within 24 hours, we cannot offer a resend or a refund.
